CML’s Valentine’s concert

This February Collegium Musicum of London Chamber Choir celebrated Valentine’s a day early with a special midweek concert featuring an eclectic collection of love songs spanning six centuries.

Choral music by Lassus, Victoria, Mendelssohn, and Whitacre combined with popular favourites by Gershwin, Leiber and Stoller and Billy Joel in a programme illustrating the agony and ecstasy of romantic love.
