RISK ASSESSMENT
Situation which might cause transmission of the virus: choral concert
Who could be at risk: choir members, soloists and audience members
How likely it is that someone could be exposed: given the size of the venue and measures taken, unlikely
Controlling the risk:
- venue capacity reduced to allow social distancing;
- audience members and performers encouraged to take lateral flow tests before the concert;
- social distancing observed immediately outside the venue;
- audience members asked to check in to venue using government Test and Trace system
- names, addresses and telephone numbers of audience members unable to use Test and Trace check-in system taken as they enter the venue;
- audience members and performers encouraged to use hand sanitisers inside the venue;
- social distancing observed by performers and audience members inside the venue;
- audience members to stick to their ‘bubbles’ inside the venue;
- face masks to be worn by audience members on approach to the venue, and by audience members and front-of-house staff inside the venue
