Seasonal praise for CML

Seasonal praise for CML

This December, apart from our own successful Christmas concert, at St Clement Danes in The Strand, the choir also performed once again at the Children and the Arts concert in Sloane Square, and then at the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home charity bash in Chelsea.

Never ones to sing our own praises, we’d like to leave it to others to trumpet our Christmas performances this year (see below).

‘Excellent evening,choir superb,readings beautifully performed’
Hilary Forbes (audience member)

‘The choir exhibited great skill, particularly in a complex and entertaining arrangement of “The Twelve Days of Christmas”.’
Nick Tuckett (audience member)

dog‘At times it was deeply moving, at others totally hilarious. This was Christmas music at its very best with the choir singing superbly. most of the concert was a cappella with Morten Lauridsen’s “O Magnum Mysterium” touching the soul.’
Hilde & Ron Platje (audience member)

‘This was a delightful evening with a great choice of music beautifully sung and a lovely friendly atmosphere.’
Linda Partridge (audience member)

‘The choir is so talented and great to see and hear them in such lovely surroundings. I would definitely go and see this choir again.’
Corrine Edwards (audience member)

‘Having such a high-quality, professional outfit as yourselves to rely on is an immense help in planning the event. You put in a great performance once again and really helped give the whole event a real shape and tone.’
Jeremy Newton (Children and the Arts Charity)

‘I can´t tell you how thrilled I am (and everyone else at Battersea) that you were able to join us last night and treat us to such spectacular performances.’
Fiona Woods (Battersea Dogs and Cats Home)
