CML celebrates the genius of the Chapel Royal

For its autumn concert in 2011, Collegium Musicum of London ventured south of the river for a glittering performance of a capella choral works from the Tudor and Stuart periods.

The splendid St Alfege’s Church in Greenwich, designed by Sir Nicholas Hawksmoor, provided the backdrop to this concert – a unique opportunity to sample the musical delights of the illustrious gentlemen of the Chapel Royal.
